When you enquire about Villa Ingrid through this website, your details go to the host so that we can answer your questions and arrange your stay.

What we collect

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, arrival and departure dates, number of guests and any optional message you choose to include. Please do not include payment card details, passport details or other sensitive information.

How we use your information

We use enquiry details to check availability, respond to you and keep a record of your request or agreed reservation. For agreed stays, the host also records the quoted amount, payment deadlines and bank transfers received. These payment records remain private. The website does not access your bank account or collect card details. An enquiry does not create a confirmed reservation or take a payment. We do not use this form to subscribe you to marketing.

Calendars and hosting

This site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Enquiry records are stored in the site’s database and can be viewed through the host’s protected account. The public calendar shows unavailable dates, without guest names, contact details or messages. The calendar shared with Airbnb and Booking.com contains only blocked dates and general reservation labels.

Technical information may be processed by the hosting platform to deliver and protect the site. The enquiry endpoint uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. The site does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Signing in to the owner area uses ChatGPT authentication.

Contact and your records

To ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or request deletion of an enquiry, contact sergio.ermacora@gmail.com. Include your enquiry reference if you have it. Booking records may need to be retained where they are required for your stay or applicable obligations.

If you follow a link to Airbnb or Booking.com, their privacy notices and booking terms apply to information you submit there.
